There will be no refunds after we mail out package as per requested.

Cancellation Fees:
We are able to provide a refund to you if you cancel the package request before we have mailed it out.

Fees and Charges:
The fee of $19.95 AUD does not include any charges your credit card provider may charge you when using your credit card.

Liability:
We do not accept any liability of whatever nature, whether in contract, tort or otherwise, for the acts, omissions or default, whether negligent or otherwise, of third party providers over whom we have no direct control. Under circumstances where liability cannot be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the purchased package. We do not accept any liability in contract, tort or otherwise for any injury, damage, loss (including consequential loss), delay, additional expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or any other event which is beyond our control which is not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part.

Credit Card Transactions:
Credit card surcharges may apply when paying by credit card. Your cost lies against that provider, and not against Debt Agreement Services. In the event that payment has been made to Debt Agreement Services by credit card, you agree that you will not seek to charge back your payment to Debt Agreement Services once the package has been mailed out to you.
